A valid invoice must include the invoice number, date of purchase, and tire product name.
A proof of payment must be provided with the invoice (e.g., credit card receipt).
Cost of mounting, balancing, valve stems, applicable taxes, discounts applied at checkout from a retailer, etc., are not included in determining the purchase amounts under this promotion.
